A cylinder either holds pressure or it does not

We are not the factory — which means we can inspect it. Every unit is pressure and leak tested at end of line, and every order runs three-stage inspection with an AQL pre-shipment check, documented with data and photos.

The control system

Three-stage inspection, closed loop

Most hydraulic failures are not manufacturing failures — they are dimensional and sealing failures: a bore ground a few hundredths out, a batch of cup seals from a different mould, a port thread cut to the wrong pitch. Our inspection points are placed exactly where those errors appear.

1

Pre-production audit

We review the production plan, the casting batch, the drawing revision and the seal supplier before the line starts — eliminating risk at the source rather than catching it at the end.

2

During production (DUPRO)

Inspectors monitor the line early in the run to catch deviation while it is still cheap to fix: bore diameter drift, port thread pitch, surface finish, seal seating and piston fit.

3

Pre-shipment (FRI)

A full check against AQL and your drawing covering function, appearance, dimensions, packaging and labelling — with the pressure-test record and high-resolution photographic evidence.

4

Container loading supervision

We oversee loading sequence and container condition to prevent transit damage, and record the loading on photo and video. Cast iron units are checked for anti-rust wrapping before they are loaded.

Documentation

Paperwork that survives your customer's audit

Inspection report

Data-driven report per stage, with measurements and photo evidence against AQL.

Pressure-test record

100% end-of-line pressure and leak test, recorded per batch with the test pressure stated.

Dimensional certificate

Bore diameter, port thread and mounting bore distance measured against the drawing for the batch you received.

Shipping documents

B/L, C/O, packing list and commercial invoice, issued under one consistent format.

Verifiable credentials

Evidence you can look up yourself

Unlike a certificate graphic, the registrations below can be checked against the official database in a minute. We publish the registration numbers so your compliance team does not have to ask us for them.

100% Pressure testedEvery unit leak tested at end of line, with a batch record issued per order.
SGS / BV / TÜVThird-party inspection arranged on request, at your cost, before the container is loaded.
DOT 3 / DOT 4Seals and fluid paths compatible with the standard brake and clutch fluids.

On quality-system certificates: IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 are held by a producing factory, not by us, and they are issued per plant. We do not display them as our own credential. If your market requires a system certificate, tell us which part numbers you are buying and we will send the certificate of the plant that actually runs them.

Inside the supply chain

We are not the factory. That is the point.

A trading company that pretends to own a plant has to explain, eventually, why the plant says something different. We do the opposite: we name the arrangement up front, then show you the evidence from our own visits.

What we do

  • Audit and score the factories before they enter the network
  • Confirm bore, port thread and mounting distance against a drawing
  • Run 100% pressure and leak testing records with the batch
  • Inspect, photograph and report before the container is loaded
  • Carry the claim ourselves if the goods do not match

What the factory does

  • Casting, machining, assembly and end-of-line testing
  • Holds the plant-level IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 certificate
  • Runs the production capacity and the lead time

What gets measured on a cylinder

Buyers who know hydraulics ask for numbers, not adjectives. These are the parameters we report.

01

Bore diameter

Measured at three heights and two axes, with a stated batch tolerance against the drawing.

02

Port thread & pitch

Checked with a go / no-go gauge. A thread that accepts the union but not the seal face is a leak waiting to happen.

03

Leak & pressure test

Every unit held at test pressure with no drop across the seal, recorded per batch.

04

Surface finish

Bore roughness measured — too rough wears the cup seal, too smooth lets fluid bypass it.

05

Seal compound

EPDM or SBR verified against the specification, and fluid compatibility confirmed by soak test.

06

Stroke & travel

Full piston travel measured against the drawing — the figure that decides whether the brakes release cleanly.

07

Mounting geometry

Mounting bore distance and flange face flatness checked against the OE pattern.

08

Corrosion protection

Coating and anti-rust wrap verified, including a salt-spray result on cast iron bodies.

FAQ

Quality questions we get every week

Can I get the inspection report before the container ships?
Yes — that is the point. The pre-shipment report and the pressure-test record are sent to you for approval before loading. If the result does not meet the agreed AQL, the goods do not ship.
Do you guarantee the same bore on repeat orders?
We state the bore and its tolerance in the specification, then verify it on the dimensional certificate for the batch. If a batch falls outside the agreed window, we replace it.
Who is responsible if the goods are wrong?
We are. We inspect, we document and we ship — so the responsibility for what leaves the container is ours, not a factory you have never visited.
What is the warranty on a cylinder?
The standard hydraulic warranty is 12 months or 30,000 km, whichever comes first, covering material and workmanship defects. It is stated on the quotation, not buried in terms, and a claim is supported by the batch pressure-test record.
